In order to design the most effective, individualized fitness program for you G.I.T. FIT will need to first determine each client’s starting point with a comprehensive fitness assessment. This involves a series of measurements that help determine the current health and fitness level of each client. A comprehensive fitness assessment includes assessing a client’s general health and readiness for exercise, posture, body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness, and athletic performance. With the information gained from these assessments, G.I.T. FIT will have the ability to tailor a client’s workout to exactly what they need, eliminating any guesswork and ensuring progression can start from the very first session. Identifying a client’s fitness starting point is also essential for safety, ensuring that workouts are not too extreme and reducing the risk of injury.
